Louie Benet has life figured out. He might only be eighteen-years-old, but he knows exactly what he wants and how to get it. Everything's planned out, a series of steps leading where he wants to end up. Marry the girl. Go to J-School. Make it in the big city. The only problem is he forgot to factor in his girlfriend dumping him at their graduation.
Suddenly alone, Louie is forced to confront the suppressed horrors of his childhood. But thirteen years have passed. The lies have compounded, and he's left with one decision that will dictate the rest of his life. Follow the plan. Or tell the truth.
Just One Yes is the raw, deeply vulnerable debut novel from Nicholas Coursel. It is the story of a young boy on the precipice of college accepting his truth, breaking free from a life of lies, and finally becoming a man.
