Outline:

Jake MacJake is fond of fashion. Dressing well is Jake's big passion.
He looks for clothes at shops and stalls. His stories hook up with them all.
Among his clothes are many capes and he feels snug among their drapes.
Story 10 finds Jake learning that although snakes are able to expand,
they have no hands! How could that be? He sighs doubly, "Dear me!"
