Jackpot is a project I shaped in 2008 and shelved because my walks through life led me to do everything but focus on the characters in this book. My Editor, Cindy Sheffield Michaels; an amazing wife, mother and human being, helped me redefine my passion for completing this project and bring it to life. "Cindy, you are forever a Cheerleader." So, after four years of this fiction novella collecting figurative dust on my hard drive, Jackpot became my primary focus. Jackpot – When life is at Risk - Is the first of a three part series which takes you on a voyage through the lives of some very eccentric people. The characters, although fictional, will remind you of someone you know. That someone MAY be you! Journey along their venturous discoveries and you'll begin to think deeply about being dealt the hand you hold. Most important, you will learn what it's like to gamble with life! Enjoy and stay tuned!
