The Christian faith, at its core, is not a passive adherence to a set of doctrines but a vibrant, dynamic relationship with a living God, mediated by the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. This divine Person, often the most misunderstood member of the Trinity, is the very engine of our spiritual life, the source of our transformation, and the wellspring of our power to live a life that honors Christ. Yet, the Church today often grapples with a divided understanding of the Spirit's ongoing work, particularly concerning the 'signs that follow believers' as promised in Scripture, the essential nature of saving faith, and the visible manifestation of spiritual fruit and gifts. This book endeavors to navigate these vital theological waters, providing a clear, biblically sound, and theologically robust exploration of these crucial themes I have been a licensed and ordained minister for over 13 years and I am recently retired. Though I hold credentials to the titles of Reverand, Doctor of Divinity, Evangelist, and Minister I rather people just call me Brother Larry.I am recently retired and starting a new career as a Christian author at the ripe age of 65. I do not claim to be anything special other than the fact that God has loved me enough to give me authority to act in His name. I would rather be fishing but God and my wife will not allow me to slack off.
