Noel Waverly has spent her life on the run-though her parents never say from what. When they move to the quiet town of Ravenspring, she hopes, for once, to stay. But something is wrong in Ravenspring.Girls have been disappearing for decades-always seventeen, always after a dance, always without a trace. When Noel begins uncovering the truth, the pattern becomes impossible to ignore… and impossible to escape.Because this time, the pattern is changing.Drawn into a world of buried secrets, ancestral power, and a predator who has been hunting for generations, Noel finds herself at the center of something far older-and far more dangerous-than she ever imagined. And when she finally comes face to face with the one responsible, she doesn't just survive him.She leaves marked.Because some monsters don't need to chase you. Some only need to choose you. Riketa Roach is a lover of all things dark, magical, and a little dangerous-where villains steal the spotlight and bad boys always win. A book lover turned writer, she makes her debut with Into The Darkness, a story full of hidden truths, smoky illusions, and that " Wait… was that real or was I dreaming?" kind of twist that keeps you wondering.A theater grad and mom of two boys, she balances real life with a mind that lives somewhere between rooting for Bellatrix Lestrange (while pouring a bottle for her homie Sirius), mentally thanking Katerina Petrova for blessing us with Damon Salvatore, and saving the world with Sam and Dean-with the demon protection tattoo to prove it. Riketa also lives by music, fashion, piercings, tattoos, and her go-to Dunkin' refresher that tastes like a Jolly Rancher. She is always creating her next obsession. If you love secrets, sexy bad boys, supernatural twists, and stories that pull you into the unknown… you are exactly where you need to be.
