Dr. Riza Kadilar, is a thought leader dedicated to building a better future, combining his thirty-year career in senior banking with his work as an author, educator, and leader in civil society organisations. Throughout his professional career, he has held executive roles in international banks, leading major corporate mergers across Europe, overseeing the establishment of subsidiaries and representative offices, and guiding institutional transitions and closures. From 2017 to 2024, Dr Kadilar served as President of the EMCC Global (formerly known as European Mentoring & Coaching Council). He has published numerous books and delivered training programs worldwide on inclusion, sustainability, leadership, digital transformation, coaching, and mentoring. He is the founder of K Ventures Holding, an Amsterdam-based investment company supporting technology startups.
