In the Deep Volume 01 is a collection of 50+ American poetic works curated to model the interconnectedness of pain and growth that artists tap into and share. A fundamental truth that despite our subjective experiences and perspectives that we are all connected In the Deep.
This collection acknowledges the role that pain has in the process of creativity and seeks to shine a light on the many lenses of truth that make up the whole picture that we share as a part of the Ephemeral Aperture Imprint. May these truths aid those folks who are without a tribe, who are lost from the distractions of the external forces of the world, who don't have a softer voice to heed, or otherwise feel they are unworthy.
Poems are arrayed in ten sections of topics, organized by themes of pain and growth, and await those who wish to witness these truths, these experiences that the many authors were brave enough to entrust with us to share with you. We could not have done this project without their willingness to step out of the cave, and we extend a gracious THANK YOU to all who contributed.
