About
"Let us remember that God has given to all of us, little children as well as grown-up people, a place in His garden here on earth, and He would have us take these white flowers, the lives of His saints, as a pattern for our own." - A. Steedman
Amy Steedman was a prolific author of children's books, particularly known for her works focusing on religious themes and Bible stories. Steedman's legacy lies in her ability to make religious figures and stories accessible and inspiring for both young and adult readers.
In God's Garden introduces the lives of venerated saints, told with warmth and simplicity, while The Nursery Book of Bible Stories presents beloved biblical tales in a lyrical and accessible style. Perfect for children discovering these stories for the first time, and equally meaningful for adults seeking a fresh perspective on classic tales, this volume is a treasure trove of wisdom and beauty.
