If I Could Be…

Many years ago when my son was three years old, he told me he had been wondering what it would be like to be a fish. Then again, he had wondered what it would be like to be a pet! I put this short poem together for him then. Now, forty seven years later, here we are.

So this is for the wonderment of a three year old.
