I'm a People Tree is a gentle, poetic picture book that invites young readers into the quiet magic of their own emotions. Through lyrical language and warm, imaginative imagery, the story follows children who return again and again to a wise, welcoming tree, a place where creativity blooms and feelings come alive.
As they sketch, paint, and dream beneath its branches, the tree leans in softly, helping them explore emotions that feel big, new, or hard to name.
This tender story is a meditation on identity, belonging, and emotional growth. It reminds both children and adults that we are living ecosystems, capable of bending without breaking, letting go of what no longer serves us, and growing through both comfort and challenge.
Perfect for readers aged 2 to 12, I'm a People Tree encourages mindfulness, self-expression, and the discovery of the magic within.
