In her book, "I realize that I realize all there is myself", Katia Ricklin repeatedly poses the fundamental question of the whys in life. There are various tools available to answer this question, a selection of which is presented. She explains, for example, the meaning of the senses, multiple illnesses, Bach flowers or crystals, and colors in detail, and shows that with their help, we can learn to change ourselves and our reality for the better. The book contains many anecdotes from the author's life, which makes the reading exciting and very understandable. Everything brings us there: I myself am the creator and center of my reality and, therefore, responsible for it!
