Jonas is experiencing anxiety around his first day of Kindergarten. He is unsure of what to expect and is not looking forward to his mother leaving him. His mother helps him to identify his feelings and lovingly assures him of her love. She explains to Jonas why leaving him, only for a while, is needed so that he can experience all of the wonderful things his new classroom has to offer-ultimately leading to his growth as a person.
