Syprina Quiroz's life had been difficult from the start. What began with being bullied led to an adolescence filled with alcohol and substance abuse meaningless relationships and eventually crime. Now it had all caught up with her and she was headed for prison. But that was not the end of the story. God had plans to turn her life around. It was in prison that Syprina discovered that none of us have faced so much or done so much that we cannot begin again. With utter frankness Syprina shares the downward spiral that landed her in prison and the faith that helped her overcome her shame and navigate the serious consequences that followed her into her future. In I Can Start Over she describes how in unlikely places and unlikely ways God enabled her to rise above her circumstances and bring hope to others. This story is a compelling testament to personal tenacity the redemptive power of a faith-filled supportive community and the relentless promise of God to restore even the most broken life to all He intended.
