In a time of fragmentation, Hungry offers poetic nourishment for the soul. These mystic poems arrived unbidden in the wake of a profound inner transformation--words that surprised even the author, a former scientist and multinational business leader. What emerged was a voice beyond intellect: raw, tender, and wise. Hungry captures the early stirrings of an inner awakening and the universal journey back to wholeness. In the ancient tradition of heartfelt poets like Rumi and Hafez, yet arising from modern experience, these verses speak to the timeless truth that we are all part of something larger--a fabric of connection that pulses beneath the surface of everyday life.
Whether you are just beginning your own journey inward or have walked this path for some time, this collection invites you to pause, soften, remember.
Consider these poems as companions on the journey. Let them sit with you. Let them stir what's already within.
I do not write for you, I write for Us. For who are we, if we are not the same, the same marrow, the same bones, the same hopes flowing through our body as we yield ourselves up to life, up to the possibility of being born anew.
