Marriage is the oldest and most coveted institution that most men and women want to experience. They want the ideal "goals" of marriage. However, they fall short when it comes to putting in the work required to achieve a healthy and passionate marriage. How badly do you want your marriage to be the successful one that you dream of? Are you willing to implement new strategies to help you overcome the things that hurt you? Is having affection and intimacy something you desire to improve in your marriage?
Where Are We Now
We are growing every day in our love and commitment to each other. We continue to experience the power of God's love in the way we are called to love each other. Our marriage requires that we show up in TRUTH and CONSISTENCY.
In our first marriage, we were naïve to the severity of the issues we were facing. With no experience and few examples to show us how a successful marriage looked, we struggled. Now, in our 2.0 marriage, we are able to share principles that will help you to achieve a healthy and passionate marriage. In this book, you will learn to:
● Seek God first concerning your marriage. This foundation will help you make decisions in your life that will honor and sustain your marriage instead of destroying it. ● Respect each other. This is one of the most important factors in your marriage. It builds feelings of trust, safety, and love. ● Trust each other. It is parallel to respect and is the foundation of a healthy marriage. Trust allows the marriage to have peace. ● Find your way back to love. With your foundation now set, the love will flow in abundance.
Our love is a journey. We are so happy that we decided to do it all over again! Our second time around, we are wiser, and we understand that a healthy and passionate marriage requires love, trust, respect, and communication. Here's to our 2.0!
