Can you overcome diabetes and other health conditions by dropping animal products and processed foods from your diet and understanding the basics of nutrition? Eric Adams, mayor of New York City, believes that you can.
After being told by doctors that his type 2 diabetes diagnosis and related conditions were irreversible, Eric Adams was able to prove them wrong by moving to a wholly plant-based and unprocessed diet.
