Groomed for Success introduces, educates, directs, and assists the young person in discovering the necessary methods and skills needed to eradicate the propensity of gang affliation, gang, violence and at-risk behaviors in their lives. Groomed for Success is intensive and structured in semi study form with self-evaluating real life questions that engage the youth in critical thinking and decision-making. Groomed for Success will reshape the participant's mode of thinking and give them self-awareness of their present situations. It will teach the young person how to positively respond to the stresses of peer pressure, gang affiliation, and at-risk behaviors.
Groomed for Success is an invaluable tool that will work with our young people in the juvenile justice system, the criminal justice system, and any other detention program that is seeking to address the crises facing our youth today. This program seeks to educate and transform young adults from all walks of life to become well rounded individuals with respect for the law, the men and women in uniform, and to become successful members of their society.
