Two men are brutally murdered during a botched break-in at a bioscience laboratory. The lab is dedicated to improving biofuel production. Rumor in the energy community is that they may be nearing a breakthrough.
During the robbery and murder, one person gets away. Tracking and finding the killer falls to a former Navy officer and current international rugby referee working for the Office of Directed Discretionary Operations.
