What does it mean to be called? To belong? To come home?
From South Africa to rural Indiana, this book is a true story of a lifelong faith journey, not just through ministry, but into the heart of what it means to follow God's voice. With warmth, wisdom and unflinching honesty, The Rev Dr David Smook invites readers into a rich tapestry of faith, failure, grace, and transformation. Across decades of small-church ministry, personal heartbreak, joyful growth, and sacred encounters with everyday saints, this memoir reminds us that "Home" is the purpose of Divine Love.
Whether you're discerning your own calling or simply longing for a deeper sense of spiritual connection, this book will encourage you to reflect on how God is alive in your life. You will be challenged to find your faith journey and lead you "Home" as you share your call "Going Home."
