Are you seeking spiritual empowerment, but don't know where to start?
Then dive into God's Answer Is Know: Lessons From a Spiritual Life by Elizabeth Ann Atkins.
This poignant memoir includes easy instructions for creating a spirit-powered life with meditation, journaling, and healthy eating.
Elizabeth-an award-winning TV host and co-creator of Two Sisters Writing & Publishing-shares her story with poignant vignettes featuring raw honesty about her struggles with food, fat, failure, race, divorce, depression, and even suicidal thoughts.
Her story takes you from her extreme childhood fears of human and supernatural evil… through fantastical spiritual experiences… into peace, passion, and purpose like she never imagined.
Her life unfolds in the context of her parents' controversial marriage during the mid-1960s. Her mother was 19 and African American, and her father was 44 and white, a former Roman Catholic priest. After their union sparked scorn from the Church and their families, Elizabeth's father baptized her as "a Princess of Peace" when racial conflict was erupting in gunfire, death, and destruction in cities across America.
To become that Princess of Peace for the world, Elizabeth lhad to first find peace within herself.
To showcase her quest for peace and how it inspires her personal and professional contributions, Elizabeth offers her life story as an example of how to learn and implement free tools that you can use every day to transform from the inside out-while connecting with divine power within.
Elizabeth shows how meditation, journaling, healthy eating, exercise, and other practices can help you connect with the Divine and experience two-way communication with God, Jesus, angels, ancestors, and other helping spirits and information.
This book will show you how to do certain things every day to awaken power within yourself to find inner peace, enjoy better health, receive more money, attract amazing relationships, find your passion and purpose, and "know" that this power is infinite and always accessible.
Elizabeth teaches you in a way that's simple and user-friendly. This book includes Ascend: 8 Steps to an Infinite You-a Spirituality 101 if you've never meditated-or if you've tried and failed-or if you've never heard of a chakra, or don't know that what you eat and drink can either deepen or dull your intuitive powers.
This book is for you if you're "spiritual, not religious." The messages have universal application for everyone, as expressed by Mahatma Gandhi: "I am a Muslim and a Hindu and a Christian and a Jew and so are all of you."
This book is about cultivating unconditional love and peace within yourself, so that you can "Be the change that you wish to see in the world," as Gandhi said.
This book can help you be that change by connecting with the infinite power of God that's already inside you. Your express pass through this gateway is meditation to tap into the spiritual energy field that's within us and around us.
Just as you trust your cell phone's invisible wi-fi to connect you with information and people everywhere, you can use your spirit power to access information, guidance, and insights that elevate your "believing" to a new level: Knowing.
