George O'Briant's deeply honest and redemptive memoir, George in 3-D, serves as an essential reminder that it is never too late to look to God. Follow George through the three dimensions of his life―from a curious childhood, through a tumultuous young adulthood full of crime and addiction, to a holy revival in the midst of imprisonment―that led him to become the man of God he is today.
After a spirited childhood led to years lost in addiction, violence, and despair, George O'Briant's life spiraled into darkness and near destruction. But in the midst of chaos, after hitting rock bottom in a cold prison cell, God came to his rescue and set him on a new course to new birth and true freedom. Following this transformative encounter, George began leading Bible studies behind prison walls and realized the importance of missionary work in his life, both for his own Christ journey and for those who feel as lost in life as he once was. Raw and unflinching, this memoir traces his journey through trauma, rebellion, and redemption, offering a candid account of a life in three dimensions, rebuilt against all odds.
George in 3-D: Three Lives of a Man Transformed recounts a gripping journey from innocence to rebellion, chaos to redemption, and the meaning of true transformation by the saving grace of Jesus. Through his powerful testimony of brokenness, deliverance, and renewal, George invites readers to witness the hope and freedom found in a life redeemed.
Broken into three sections, George in 3-D:
• Offers an in-depth look into the impact of the environment on one's development.
• Depicts the redemption journey from the very beginning.
• Explores how God's influence can loosen the hold of addiction.
• Presents the different choices one can make to instigate change in their own life.
• Opens the door for a second chance for anyone who longs for a change.
•
George in 3-D's message of hope amidst dark and suffocating times emboldens readers to seek God in their own lives, no matter how far they feel they have fallen, for He will always be right there at rock bottom with them to carry them back to deliverance.
