When life slipped through his hands and the old self began to fracture, Max Watson Jr chose a different path: truth. Free The Mind is a 25-chapter guide to inner freedom-told from the ground level of transformation. From Texas to the quiet of Kennett Missouri, through fasting, discipline, morning walks, and prayer, Max learns to break the loops that keep us small: fear, comparison, temptation, and distraction. With living metaphors-the caterpillar becoming the butterfly, the Armor of God clothing the spirit-he shows how discernment, presence, and daily practice turn chaos into clarity.
This book invites you to release what no longer serves your soul-dead-end careers, heavy cycles, the lie that you must stay the same-and step into the Infinite Loop of Love: Love → Peace → Joy → Harmony → Love again. Come as you are. Leave with a clear mind, a guarded heart, and a grounded routine you can live today.
