A little dog named Fred isn't making any friends around his neighborhood. His owners love him, but everyone else thinks he's "freaky" because he startles them with his high-energy jumping and barking. Why does Fred act that way? And can the people in his neighborhood learn to see the good in him? Fred's story is an example for how God can teach us all lessons about love and acceptance, sometimes in the most surprising ways!
