My favorite quotation has always been "Grow through what you go through." I even have this tattooed on my upper right arm. I believe we should all learn from our life experiences, regardless of how negative they may be. Do not let a negative experience become an excuse for you to make negative life choices. In this book, I discuss my life experiences of abandonment, abuse, and dealing with drug addicts, as well as my struggles with depression and anxiety.
