"Finishing Well" reminds us of the parallels between the disciplines of training for an distance race and following Christ. Chapman recounts his experiences of training for his first half marathon - the struggle, the search for motivation, being accountable, and the desire to "Finish Well." If you are new to the faith or interested in starting a running/fitness program, reading this book can help remind you that it, or anything you commit to pursuing, CAN be done if you'll keep your focus on the author of our faith.
