The fruit of a Spirit-filled life is a gift from God, but it doesn't grow by chance. It must be nurtured, tended, and lived out daily. In Finding Everyday Fruit, Tara L. Banks invites you to discover how the fruit of the Spirit can flourish in your life, showing how the simplest moments can draw you closer to Jesus. Through rich storytelling, scriptural insights, and Hawaiian imagery, Tara brings the nine fruits of the Spirit to life. (Bonus: You might even learn a few Hawaiian words along the way!)
Finding Everyday Fruit will help you to:
• Experience the fruit of the Spirit in action through retellings of well-known Bible stories. • Recognize the fruit of the Spirit in both ordinary and unexpected places and learn how that fruit can be developed. • Apply practical insights to cultivate your spiritual growth and deepen your relationship with the Lord.
Whether it's finding joy in the fleeting beauty of a hibiscus or discovering how its colors can point to the Creator, this book will help open your eyes to the fruit of the Spirit in the world around you. You'll also gain a fresh perspective on how Jesus perfectly embodied these characteristics and how we, as His followers, can strive to do the same.
