Fame or Dead is a raw, cinematic memoir about survival, resilience, and the pursuit of dreams against all odds. Born in Germany and thrust into Hollywood street performances as a child, Tanja Ross was pushed toward fame at any cost. At home, she witnessed her mother's obsession with fame, psychic readings, and late-night séances, where reality blurred with fantasy and children were pulled into her ambitions. From busking on the streets of Los Angeles to a surreal appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to nights of homelessness and betrayal, her story is both heartbreaking and defiant. Through chaos, loss, and the burden of carrying more than any child should, Tanja finds a voice that is fearless, honest, and deeply human. This is not just a memoir of hardship, it is a story of becoming, showing how creativity, determination, and hope can turn even the darkest beginnings into a life of meaning and expression.
