False Frontier

Press-ganged into a secessionist army, a young
engineer fi nds himself in the thick of a civil
war where he has the misfortune to witness
the murder of an off icer by a subordinate.
Years after the armistice an enquiry is set up
and the reluctant combatant is due to testify
