Every Tuesday, Hayley Morgan drops off her six-year-old son, Max, at the babysitter's, then drives the deserted stretch of highway south from New Orleans to the maximum security prison where she works. Every Tuesday, Max waits out front at the babysitter's, eager for Hayley to return.
