This is the true story of a family, devastated by the loss of their son by suicide, the causes of which are explored by the father, who is trying to make sense of how sexuality, family-relationship issues can cause tragic, unforeseen events. Events are shown kaleidoscopically, moving through Budapest, Manila, Boulder, Colorado, through the beaches of Malibu. Reverberating through the melody of a beat point of view, a unique vision emerges, that of the survival of the soul, despite all apparent odds, an honest look at emerging new trends in personal self-acceptance, and a growing insight into possible prevention.
