In this time of negativity, cynicism, division, and despair, the clarion call of Thelma Deva Beach to celebrate all that unites us is as profoundly welcome and delightfully refreshing as a spring shower on a long-parched desert.
Embracing Our Oneness is an inspirational memoir of faith, a miracle, and the surprising-even astonishing-power of love.
Her memoir reveals faith triumphing over childhood tragedy, her life then lived with heart and spirit wide open to our infinitely loving God, and the many ways God illumined her path-ways at times astonishing, at times infuriating, at times heartbreakingly touching in its sweet tenderness-and the larger understandings received from this guidance.
Yet this book speaks of far more than one soul's pilgrimage. In essence, it speaks of the universal journey of the soul-a journey that through all our wanderings and ramblings, stumblings, bumblings, and soarings, ultimately moves us beyond our misconceptions of littleness, meaninglessness, and separateness to a profound knowing of our sacred Oneness.
