This book encapsulates how this young Columbian man
swept through my life like a tornado. Elian had the ability to
corner me with a hot sexual encounter that changed my life.
With my intellect and background, I should have been able
to spot the fl aws in his personality and back away-but that
never happened. The crucial dynamics of his life were hidden
from me. He would share information slowly so that I could
digest the information without running away. As time went by,
through his narcissistic and manipulative ways he made sure
that I became more attached to him. When I would start to
