All that glitters is not gold and all that sparkles is not diamond...
Robert De Roo has it all: a lavish home, a fantastic career, and a sweet wife who deeply loves him. Their life together seems perfect, until one night Robert comes home and finds Rebecca gruesomely murdered in their marital bed.
The alarm system was switched off, sedatives are found in her blood, her suitcases are packed and he can't explain where he was at the time of the murder. His family isn't upset about her death. They merely try to uphold the family name and the reputation of their beloved chocolate firm, where both he and Rebecca worked. No one seems to miss her and Robert is the only one who mourns her death. He's also the only one with a motive and the police quickly suspect him.
He needs to find out who killed his wife and why. The deeper he digs, the more he realizes that he didn't know what his wife was up to. Were her secrets even bigger than his? Is he ready to face the truth?
How far would you go to create and protect your dream life?
