"I graduated high school at 20 years old. I'd been held back twice. I wasn't supposed to make it."
Twenty years later, Corey L. Cook is the Chief Operating Officer of a major development corporation, a community leader who has advised governors and met with the Vice President of the United States. The difference between the kid walking across that stage and the man he is today isn't luck - it's decisions.
