Dragonfire

This is where the dreams are or the nightmares. Snapdragon is a narrative poem, accompanied by the author’s original artwork, satirizing modern life’s preoccupation with self and self-image through the tale of a deluded, comical dragon. The dragon’s foolish dreams echo the narcissistic preoccupations of many modern nations. Snapdragon is followed by Analog, a vision of a dystopian world, and a number of other poems in a hard-hitting, bleak yet comical voice.
