This journal is designed as a standalone tool for personal spiritual reflection and growth. Spiritual wellness is not a destination but a journey, and you're going to have many thoughts, questions, struggles, and insights along the way. This journal is a place to record all of this. Sometimes when we journal, feelings and ideas come up that we aren't even aware were an issue. So it's my hope that this journal helps you uncover lots of thoughts on your path toward spiritual wellness. Don't censor yourself as you write. This is for your eyes only, and the goal is not to write a gorgeous story but to create a gorgeous life. God bless & happy writing.
