About
A disgruntled US service member finds a portable nuclear missile launcher buried in a storage room of an army barracks in Cold War West Germany. He hides the device off post, then returns years later to retrieve the device and transport it to the United States with the intention of using it against a government facility in a terrorist attack. Bruce Highland is called in to help the FBI find and stop the perpetrator.
