Raith Desdan is growing up with one ambition; to avenge the loss of his family.
At fifteen, he's a man now and should know better than to travel into the heart of a war that's raged for centuries. But Raith cares little for his own safety. Retribution is a prize worth the risk.
When he comes into conflict with the fearsome General Lace, he finds himself on the wrong end of the armies of the Eastern Conclave and drawn into the losing side of a fierce battle.
With the Brascanian Empire teetering on the brink of annihilation, Raith learns of the legend of the Dark Sphere.
If the stories are right, The Sphere is the last hope of ending the war and saving the Empire.
If he can stay alive long enough.
From Robert Storey, the acclaimed author of the Ancient Origin series, Dark Spheres will take you on a journey through incredible lands and terrible wars.
