It’s perfect for about four Sunday school lessons. Daniel’s visions confirmed Jesus of Nazareth is King over all NOW and the one who fulfilled the “70th week” centered on the Cross in AD30. This presentation uses history, typology, numerology, and the calendar to show Jesus was the foretold “Stone” who became the Church’s Savior, Rock, and Lord. Time periods and governments specified are explained and the “ends” foreseen defined. Unfortunately, Daniel is increasingly misused and abused. It’s mistakenly used to look forward to a new Roman Empire and a future “seventieth week”; and as predictive of Antichrist, a period of tribulation, an earthly kingdom for Jesus, and the end of time. But, the foretold events within Daniel’s visions were essentially completed before AD34 and historically verified.
