Three 7th grade besties navigate crushes and merging friend groups in the latest installment of bestselling author Lisi Harrison's new middle grade series, Girl Stuff.
Halloween is just around the corner and with it comes the dreaded Seventh Grade Slopover, aka the overnight class trip to the smelly and not at all fun Ferdink Farms. Fonda has ideas for a way cooler trip but before she can say Catalina Island, she's hijacked by Henry Goode (Drew's crush's best friend) and Ava H. (most popular girl in school) who have class trip proposals of their own. There's only one solution: a petition competition, and whoever gets the most signatures wins.
As Fonda enlists Drew and Ruthie to help her sell her idea to the rest of the student body and a girls vs. boys rivalry emerges, one thing is for sure-it's about to get messy. Between school stuff, girl stuff, and crush stuff, this trio's trip-and hearts-are on the line.
