About
Just as our minds file away those treasured 'beautiful thoughts' and feelings; our minds just as readily file away the 'horrific and awful'.
Trauma can remain 'locked away' inside our mind and body and must be released if healing is to be obtained.
• Find the good
• Life is beautiful
• You are lovely
• Rejoice in the Lord!
• Trust in the LORD
