Covid-19 Lockdown Analysis

This microbook analyses the effects upon the world of implementing drastic global lockdown measures to resolve a medium-term medical crisis occasioned by Covid-19. This is an overreaction because it considers neither the multiplicity of consequent non-medical secondary problems generated by these measures nor the implicit problems, nor other concerns. Instead such a crisis must be coped with and there is room for improvement. Therefore the policy of incrementalism is proposed as a solution, taking living and working under confinement or lockdown to its practical scientific limits, and at the very least lockdown should be debated. All this is doubly important as the crisis is still ongoing and as another pandemic may re-occur, be it natural, accidental or deliberate.
