Do you have a life that looks perfect on the outside, while you feel lost and afraid on the inside? This was, and sometimes still is, the case for Jana. Travelling around the world, writing books, teaching classes, having her own private pilot's license and sharing great pictures on the social media, she seems to have it all. The reality, however, is somewhat different.
In Courageously Vulnerable, Jana Prackova, a life coach and spiritual teacher, shares her own story about going through some dark moments in her life and the lessons she has learned along the way. From being bullied as a child, struggling with anxiety and battling feelings of inadequacy, she grew into a strong and independent woman, and yet sometimes still feels uncertain in many areas of her life.
Jana will show you that even though you may be going through some challenges in life and your emotional wounds may still be bleeding, your life's adventure can still be exciting, joyful and should be experienced fully.
Slightly different from her previous work, she shares her story and ideas more from a personal rather than a spiritual perspective. The book is filled with real-life examples and exercises that can give you hope, and shine light on the dark parts of your life. It will lead you to the place where you can start seeing your journey from a different perspective, and it will teach you how to turn your struggles to your advantage.
