Many believe that Christians are spared from the struggles of the physical world, yet faith has never flourished without sacrifice. I have never witnessed a godly life that chose the easy road. The idea of "Easy Christianity" teaches that one may contribute nothing while expecting everything, but Luke cautions us to count the cost before we build. Heaven stands ready to welcome us, if we are willing to weigh what devotion truly demands.
