This bilingual book discusses North America's second-largest wild cat, the cougar. Also known as mountain lions, panthers, catamounts, and pumas, this cat has the widest land range in the western hemisphere-living as far north as Canada and as far south as the Andes. The engaging English narrative with standard Latin-American Spanish translation is supported by bright, colorful photographs, a picture glossary, and index.
