"A Fortune Foretold, A Fate Unfolds…"Castle Point's resident "Corpse Collector" Carrigan Critt has dealt with her fair share of spirits, scandals, and supernatural shenanigans-but when a tarot reading turns deadly, she's dealt a hand no one saw coming. When the town's enigmatic tarot reader, Madame Seraphina, predicts her own murder, the cryptic message becomes a chilling prophecy. The next morning, Seraphina is found lifeless in her velvet-draped parlor, leaving behind a trail of mysterious clues hidden in the very deck she used to divine the future. With suspects as layered as a shuffle of cards-including a rival fortune-teller with a grudge, a secretive magician with something up his sleeve, and Seraphina's estranged twin sister-Carrigan and her "Hookers" crew of friends (and amateur detectives) must untangle the web of deceit before the killer strikes again. But even Carrigan's ghostly instincts can't solve every mystery alone.Seeking clarity and calm in the chaos, she turns to her therapist and witch, Alexandra Heale, for guidance. As the pressure mounts and the clues grow more obscure, Carrigan will need every ounce of insight and intuition to see through the lies and outmaneuver a killer who always seems one step ahead."The cards don't lie, but people do."Perfect for fans of cozy mysteries with heart, humor, and a touch of the paranormal, Corpse & Cards will keep you guessing until the last card is played. When she's not soaking up every precious moment she can with her loving family and friends, Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and author Tammy Tyree writes about healing body, mind and spirit and sharing with readers how they are so much more than they think they are.
