Construction Checklists

The construction lawyer regularly faces a wide variety of legal issues, some of which they do not see often in their law practice. Construction lawyers have long used checklists as a quick reference tool for drafting contracts, litigation, and providing advise to clients. The ABA Forum on the Construction Industry has drawn on the expertise of its members to present a unique collection of essential checklists that address the wide-ranging aspects of a construction practice. Construction Checklists: A Guide to Frequently Encountered Construction Issues contains more than 70 checklists, including more than 25 new additions since the 2008 previous edition.
