Filled with surrealist, brutal, and grotesque language, imagery, and symbolism, Conversations with God in Hell is AXB's first poetry collection.
Written over the course of five years, pre-pandemic, readers will follow Brammeier's unique literary voice through poems that wrestle with questions of faith, maturation, love, loss, relationships, and more.
Readers will be captivated by the vivid language and strong narrative voice as they engage in Conversations with God in Hell.
AXB (Aaron X. Brammeier) was born and raised in Jefferson County, West Virginia. A graduate of Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, Brammeier spends his time bartending, writing, reading, smoking, and getting too many tattoos.
