One of the primary goals of the book is to raise awareness of how easy it is to overlook the basic symptoms of a concussion. It is important to realize that concussions can also include non-helmeted activities involving cheerleaders, soccer players, and car accident victims. However, we must keep in mind that the vast majority of concussions in sports are mild and, while caution should certainly be exercised, removing kids from sports deprives them of some of the greatest life lessons they will ever experience.
You'll discover inside this book: •Explore critical nutritional strategies to heal your brain and accelerate recovery naturally. •Discover essential mindset shifts to stay resilient and positive throughout your concussion recovery journey. •Uncover innovative brain exercises to improve memory, focus, and clarity faster than you thought possible. •Break down myths about concussion recovery that could be holding you back. •Discover cutting-edge healing tools that are rarely talked about. •Tap into the unexpected mental and emotional growth opportunities that come with overcoming a concussion.
