Whether in meditation, peaceful reflection by the river, or lost in life, the poetry in this collection describes growth in the human condition, from baby to adult. In these poems stemming from childhood trauma, we grow only to face tragedy as an adult. In these readings through heartache, a hero will be found as humans adapt to the human condition. Hard work on oneself, both physically and mentally, leads to acceptance in this life. That acceptance makes life beautiful. May you enjoy these poems and find your hero.
